Children's Classes
Tiny Dancers
These classes are a mix of Ballet, Jazz and free movement. They allow the children to explore and be creative whilst learning to listen to instructions, follow directions and work together. Teeny Tots work with a parent or carer under the supervision of the class teacher/s.
Tiny Tots work independently in the class with their teachers.
All of our Tiny Dancers classes – Bops & Bubs; Teenies, and Tiny Tots are casual classes and cost $12 paid only as you attend, or you can purchase a 10-class card for $110.
No uniforms – children can wear anything suitable for movement. Ballet shoes optional.
Children’s Ballet
Ballet Exams are offered by the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) in all grades from PrePrimary to Advanced 2. These are optional up until Intermediate Ballet, when students must pass an exam to progress to the next grade. Please see information below for uniform requirements.
Children’s Jazz
Jazz exams are offered by the Australasian Dance Association in all grades from PrePrimary to Bar-to-Gold Star. These are entirely optional and not necessary to progress to the next grade. Students doing Open Jazz only will not be offered an exam. Please see information below for uniform requirements.
Children’s Tap
Tap exams are offered by the Australasian Dance Association in all grades from PrePrimary to Bar-to-Gold Star. These are entirely optional and not necessary to progress to the next grade. No exam for Street Tap. Please see information below for uniform requirements.
Children’s Contemporary
Contemporary exams may be offered by the Australasian Dance Association in Levels 1, 2 and 3. These are entirely optional and not necessary to progress to the next level. No uniform requirements.
Children’s Acro
No uniform requirements. No exams offered.
Children’s Hip Hop
No uniform requirements. No exams offered.
Children’s Highland
